Drone footage of Ancient Heraion, Corinthia

I took our new drone (a DJI Phantom 3 Advanced) for a spin at little-known Ancient Heraion (near Perakhora, Loutraki, Cape Melangavi and the lighthouse), about 95 km (59 mi) west of Athens on a promontory jutting into the Gulf of Corinth.

This Heraion (as is the case with the other Heraia in Greece, such as the Argive Heraion), is in a beautiful natural setting. It was consecrated to Hera Akraea (Ήρα Ακραία), i.e. Hera of the edge / cape.
